Your safety and welfare as our client and someone that is purchasing, using or accessing any of our products or services is of utmost importance to us.

To ensure you get the maximum benefit from our products and services we ask you to carefully read and accept the terms set out below.

These terms explain who we are, what our products and services may involve and how you can access and use them safely to achieve the best results for you.

Who we are
 

We are providers of information, tools, products and services which can support your mind, emotion, body and soul.  

With your permission we can psychically tune into and read your energy on a holistic level. We offer guidance on reprogramming belief systems, generational patterning, ancestral lineage and soul lifetimes and we can alchemise and transmute the energy for your highest good.

We are also able to receive future guidance for your highest good using discernment at all times.

Emma Bushell is qualified and insured to provide energy healing, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Reiki (First and Second Degree), Breakthrough coaching, psychic attunement, Akashic Records consultations and similar modalities, as may be advised.

We are not qualified medical or health practitioners and do not provide medical consultations, diagnosis or advice relating to medical, psychological, psychiatric or any health conditions. In the event you require information or assistance concerning any medical or health related issue then you should seek the advice of your qualified medical practitioner. 
 

Any products or services we provide do not replace (nor promise, nor attempt to replace) any conventional or current health treatment which you may require from a qualified medical practitioner and/or be currently using under specific medical advice. You should not stop taking any medications or undertaking any medical treatments without first speaking to your qualified medical or healthcare provider.

Safe use of our products and services

Whilst our products and services can be used for personal development purposes they should not be seen as a substitute for counselling or other therapy services, or as an alternative to any existing medical treatment that you are undergoing or may require. If you are currently seeking medical or other professional help concerning your physical or mental health, or if you are unsure as to your physical or mental capacity to fully and safely use our products or services then you agree to seek advice from a relevant medical professional. You should not stop taking any medications or undertaking any medical treatments without first speaking to your qualified medical or healthcare provider.

Due to the nature of some of our products and services your use of them may expose to information or situations that trigger deep or otherwise unresolved emotional responses. By using and accessing our products and services you are confirming to us that you are mentally well enough to do so and that you understand that you are, and will remain at all times, personally responsible for managing your own emotional state. You agree not to hold us liable for any emotional distress experienced as a result of your use of or access to our products or services and we reserve the right to terminate your access where we have concerns as to your suitability to safely use them.

When using or accessing our products or services you will remain at all times fully responsible for your own health and well-being and you agree that should you have any concerns concerning your health, diet, medication or any medical conditions that you will seek the advice of your qualified medical practitioner. 

Where we offer you the opportunity to take part in any activities or demonstrations offered then you acknowledge that any decision to participate is voluntary and at your own risk. You agree to inform us if at any time you feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

No Guarantee

We strongly believe in the benefits that can be gained from the products and services we offer but we do not guarantee that you will experience any particular results or success since this is dependent upon factors which are outside of our control.

You will remain responsible, at all times, to take action and to implement the necessary information received and/or any skills or tools shared by using or accessing our products and services.

If we share testimonials or details of results experienced by other clients then these are not intended to represent or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results or experience. Your individual success, results and your experience will depend on many factors, including your background, dedication, desire and motivation which are all outside of our control and on this basis, we make no guarantee, representation or warranty with respect to our products or services.

Audio and Video Waiver

As part of your use of some of our products and services we may record your voice or image. We will inform you prior to beginning any recording and obtain your oral consent. You understand and accept that any recordings we make belong to Emma Bushell and that Emma Bushell retains full copyright. I understand that I can request Emma Bushell to cease use of and/or destroy any recordings that include my image or voice at any time by providing notice in writing to hello@emmabushell.com.

Consent to deepen any process
 

Where we provide services to you on a face-to-face basis, we may recommend the use of physical touch to facilitate our delivery of the particular service. This may include lifting the arm, touching the shoulder or rocking the head. Any touch that is provided will be undertaken gently and with the greatest respect. We will always obtain your oral consent before undertaking any service where physical touch may be recommended. You can withdraw your consent at any time. 

Confidentiality 
 

The protection of confidentiality is very important to us and that is why when you disclose or share any personal or confidential Information with us it will be kept strictly confidential and not communicated, disclosed or otherwise made available to others, without your consent, unless provided for within these terms.

Our obligations of confidentiality shall not apply where it is necessary for us to disclose in connection with legal proceedings, prospective legal proceedings (whether or not in relation to this disclaimer, to allow us to obtain legal advice, where we have been directed to do so by a court or other body of equivalent jurisdiction or where it is necessary because there is a safeguarding issue or concern or we reasonably believe you are at risk of danger to yourself or others. If there is a risk of harm to you or others, wherever possible, we will always seek to inform you of our concerns and agree on a support plan. If this is not possible, we will contact any named emergency contact and/or medical practitioner or any other appropriate and relevant authorities/individuals.

In addition to the above we may share details of our delivery of products and services to you in order to support our growth and development as part of peer supervision. During supervision we may refer to particular situations or challenges that have arisen and on occasion this may require us to refer to any service delivery session. If this occurs then any reference that is made to you or any sessions will be made anonymously and in the context of a confidential supervisory relationship.
